End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Trade For Me, LLC.

This EULA governs your access to and use of QuantmHQ (the “Software”), the web application at quantmhq.com, provided by Trade For Me, LLC. It forms part of the Terms & Conditions.

By creating an account, starting a subscription or otherwise using the Software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you are entering into this EULA on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Software.

This EULA applies to the Software and to any updates, supplements, Internet-based services and support services for it, unless other terms accompany those items. If so, those terms apply.

License Grant

Trade For Me, LLC hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Software through a web browser, for your own use, while your account is in good standing and your subscription (or other access We grant) is active, and to the extent of the features of your plan.

You are responsible for ensuring that your devices, browser and Internet connection meet the Software's requirements.

You are not permitted to:

Copy, modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works of the Software, or decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer it or attempt to discover its source code, except to the extent the law expressly allows despite this limitation
Reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, rent or otherwise make the Software, or any market data obtained through it, available to anyone else, or use it to provide a service to others
Share your account, or allow any third party to use the Software through your account
Access the Software by automated means, scrape it, or interfere with or bypass any limit or security measure of it
Use the Software in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or international law
Use the Software for any purpose that Trade For Me, LLC considers is a breach of this EULA

Intellectual Property and Ownership

The Software, including its design, code and content (and the copyright and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in it, including any modifications made thereto), is and shall remain the property of Trade For Me, LLC and its licensors. This EULA grants you no rights in it other than the license above. The content you add to the Software remains yours, as described in the Terms & Conditions.

Trade For Me, LLC reserves the right to grant licenses to use the Software to third parties.

Termination

This EULA is effective from the date you first use the Software and continues while you have access to it. It ends when your subscription ends or your account is closed, and immediately if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, the license granted by this EULA ends and you must stop all access and use of the Software. The provisions that by their nature continue will survive any termination of this EULA.

Governing Law

This EULA, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, excluding its conflicts of law rules.
