Overview

QuantmHQ is a subscription service. Your first subscription starts with a 7-day free trial, so you can try your plan before paying anything, and you can cancel at any time. Because of this, payments are generally non-refundable.

That being said, we stand behind our work and will try to make sure our customers are happy any way we can. Please read further for more details.

Free trial

If you cancel before your 7-day free trial ends, you are not charged. Each account receives one free trial.

Cancelling

You can cancel from Billing in your account at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period (monthly or yearly), and you keep access to your plan until then. We do not refund the unused part of a billing period, monthly or yearly, and renewals already charged are not refunded.

Refunds

• If you were charged in error, for example twice for the same period, we will refund the mistaken charge.
• If a problem on our side keeps you from using the main features of your plan and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, contact us: we may issue a full or partial refund for the affected period, at our discretion.
• If we end your access without cause, we refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Nothing in this policy affects any rights you have under the law where you live.
